Little or no office waiting time, and longer appointments as needed.

Focus on preventive medicine and long-term health and wellness.

Direct phone access to your physician during office hours. If your physician is with a patient, your phone call will be returned at the earliest opportunity by your physician.

Direct access to your physician’s cell phone, allowing 24/7 access to your physician for an urgent medical problem outside office hours. We trust you to use that access only when necessary, but encourage you to do so before seeking medical help elsewhere. Ideally, we would like a call if you are ill or injured before you go to the hospital or urgent care center, or immediately after you have called paramedic. We may be able to handle your situation by phone, or coordinate your care at the hospital or emergency room.

Convenient fax or e-mail access for non-urgent health issue or questions. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Also, e-mail is not 100% secure and your discretion is necessary to decide whether confidential issues should be discussed in e-mail or fax communications.

Specially trained staff dedicated to your care. The staff and your physician will advocate on your behalf and facilitate prompt and convenient outside services/consultations when necessary.

Acute visit prescriptions dispensing at time of visit when appropriate. For the sake of convenience and safety, your physician may dispense medication needed for an acute illness for a nominal fee (usually around $20). Alternatively, you may fill any prescription at the pharmacy of your choice. Typical acute illness prescriptions may include antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, or pain medications.
